2020 GARAGE/YARD SALE
The date for this years’ garage sale is Saturday, September 19, 2020, from 8 am to noon. The cost is $5.00 if paid by September 5th and after that it will be $10.00. If you participate without paying in advance there will be a $15.00 fee and a $25.00 fine. The coordinators of the sale have to leave their locations and collect the money therefore keeping them away from their garages. Please give a list of items that you will be selling so that we can advertise effectively. Please contact Debbie Turk at 812 989-9568. You can also leave your money and information at the office. Please include your name and garage number if applicable. If you do not have a garage you can participate using an unmarked parking space on the outside parameter of the complex. Please do not set up to sell except on the outside parameter as we do not want a lot of traffic in the inner circle of the complex. Due to Covid, no one will be here after the sale to pick up unsold items. It is your responsibility to get any unwanted items to Good Will or Salvation Army. Also, it is recommended that you wear a mask.
INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN SELLING UNIT
Due to an unfortunate number of buyers purchasing units and not being aware of some important By Laws and rules, a form is now required that you the seller must have completed and returned to the office. It will need to be filled out and signed by both you and the buyer verifying that they are aware of some of these overlooked rules and By Laws as well as the buyer verifying they have received a copy of all the Rules, Regulations and By Laws. This form can be obtained by you from the office. Call or email the office at 812 280-7056 or williamsburgstation@mw.twcbc.com. I will see that you receive it as soon as possible. Remember it must be signed by the seller as well as the buyer and returned to the office.
PARKING LOT RESURFACING
The schedule has been changed for the resurfacing of part of the parking lot. Due to this high temperatures this will be done but at a later time. Too much damage can be done to fresh blacktop during the hot weather. Please bear with us on this matter.

CAR BREAK-INS
There have been 2 break-ins within the last week in our condo complex. One of the vehicles was locked and one was left unlocked. Both were parked in well lite areas. Both vehicles had loose change stolen. If you have any of this in your vehicles you may want to take it in and maybe if they continue getting no change they will leave us alone. Please be observant of your and your neighbors’ vehicles. If you see something call the police.
